In 2018, AQUALINE successfully delivered a state-of-the-art containerized domestic wastewater treatment system for the Saudi National Guard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This project was designed to efficiently treat domestic wastewater, producing clean, reusable water suitable for irrigation, thereby addressing critical water reuse needs in the region.

Project Highlights:
-
Capacity: 800 m³/day (Two units of 400 CMD each)
-
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
-
Technology: MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) System
-
Configuration: 2 sets × 400 CMD
-
Objective: Transform domestic wastewater into clean, reusable water for agricultural irrigation
-

The MBBR technology utilized combines biological treatment with specialized biofilm carriers to effectively degrade organic pollutants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treated water. The containerized system’s compact and modular design provides enhanced mobility, rapid deployment, and ease of installation, making it particularly suitable for remote or space-limited sites.
Through this innovative solution, AQUALINE reinforces its commitment to sustainable water management by enabling efficient water reuse and supporting agricultural productivity in Saudi Arabia.
